Caramel vape pen IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a vape pen for caramel
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.29 per 10 ml.
A caramel vape pen from the best options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Suva works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.29 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
