Caramel refill pack IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a refill pack for caramel
Caramel refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run caramel the same way in Suva: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Suva survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Packaging for caramel in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
