Home / Caramel RDA IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist

How we tested Caramel RDA here

A caramel RDA from the reviewed options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.22 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a caramel RDA really costs in Suva

Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

How we tested caramel in a RDA

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.

• The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Fiji.
• Spare parts availability for RDA in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.

Where caramel goes wrong

• Treating the advertised FJ$63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.22 per 10 ml.
• Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.

The rules that apply here

Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Packaging for caramel in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
