Caramel prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
We run caramel the same way in Suva: same prefilled pod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel prefilled pod really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested caramel in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Suva survives.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Treating the advertised FJ$61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.52 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
