Caramel 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What caramel costs in Suva
Caramel in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at caramel in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: caramel in Suva works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
We run caramel the same way in Suva: same 30 ml shortfill, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised FJ$34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.31 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
