Candy cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Candy in Suva: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What candy costs in Suva
Candy in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.78 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested candy in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where candy goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How long does candy in a cartomizer last?
In Suva we measured 3 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
