Candy 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Candy in Suva: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What candy costs in Suva
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.29 per 10 ml.
We run candy the same way in Suva: same 30 ml shortfill, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
If you are looking at candy in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested candy in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where candy goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is candy legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
