Blackcurrant mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the guide shortlist
Blackcurrant in Suva: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack
Blackcurrant in Suva reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.49 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant mesh tank really costs in Suva
Blackcurrant in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested blackcurrant in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.49 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
