Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run blackcurrant the same way in Suva: same 30 ml shortfill, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a blackcurrant 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
If you are looking at blackcurrant in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested blackcurrant in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.21 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long blackcurrant in Suva survives.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$3.21 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is blackcurrant legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
