Blackcurrant 100 ml bottle IQOS in Suva: the guide shortlist
Blackcurrant in Suva: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good 100 ml bottle from a repack
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.13 per 10 ml.
A blackcurrant 100 ml bottle from the starter options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.13 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: blackcurrant in Suva works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant 100 ml bottle really costs in Suva
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.13 per 10 ml.
How we tested blackcurrant in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Fiji.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.13 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
