Apple squonk mod IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Apple in Suva: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
The honest read on apple: 7 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Apple in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple squonk mod really costs in Suva
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.34 per 10 ml.
How we tested apple in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where apple goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
